One might speculate that we could identify other
salient factors but this list seems reasonably complete and should
certainly illuminate the importance of primer function to ballistic
uniformity. The problem is, no conventional priming system (Boxer,
Berdan or rimfire) can accomplish every prerequisite requirement to
ultimate ballistic uniformity in typical cartridges with typical loads.
